We have developed people within the recruiting, training, onboarding, and program management spaces and look forward to supporting and mentoring our next team member.   As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the engine that makes the candidate experience run smoothly. You will support the Recruiting Department by coordinating an array of complex administrative recruiting and HR-related processes. These processes shape the way candidates view our Firm and can greatly influence hiring outcomes.    You will work collaboratively with the Recruiting Department and employees at all levels of the Firm to support candidates throughout the Frank, Rimerman recruiting and onboarding process.  Your role will play a large part in ensuring a rich candidate experience as well as representing the Firm’s professional brand.   Responsibilities: - Coordinate, schedule, and adjust interviews between candidates and interview teams - Maintain timely, thoughtful candidate correspondence – serve as point of contact for candidates as they go through the interview process - Ensure prompt collection of candidate interview evaluations and accurate candidate record keeping - Assist with coordination of our Leadership and Summer Internship programs. This would include but is not limited to: catering, transportation, confirming attendees, event set up, coordination of materials, etc. - Support recruiters with campus event logistics such as ordering, organizing, packing, and shipping materials and giveaways. Coordinate catering, event registration, invitations, travel, and materials for interviewers and event attendees - Represent the Firm during interview greetings, program social days, and potentially at virtual or in-person campus recruiting events - Additional projects throughout the Firm and Recruiting Department as our strategy and reach continues evolving   Attributes that lead to success in this role include: - Strong sense of organization, initiative, and reliability - Commitment to quality with high attention to details - Passion for improving the candidate experience - Ability to multi-task and set priorities - Team-oriented service attitude - Efficient communication (orally and written) with a positive and professional disposition   Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Communicating effectively with students will be essential, leading them from initial interest through offer acceptance and start date preparation.   Our University Recruiters play a key role in maintaining knowledge of college recruiting trends in accounting and occasionally other business subjects. The Service Desk Technician’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively resolving end-user help requests within established SLAs.  Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require the individual to give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.   In addition, the Service Desk Technician will also be responsible for administering and optimizing the Firm’s enterprise applications and related components to achieve high performance.
