Frank, Rimerman's Accounting and CFO Advisory (ACFO) practice consists of 60 talented and team-oriented professionals. They are passionate about managing the accounting, finance and HR functions for various startups. They provide outsourced accounting, controller and CFO advisory services to early and mid-stage companies until those companies are ready to build their respective in-house teams. Our services allow entrepreneurs and startup leaders to focus on growing their businesses.
Associates will work in small teams alongside ACFO team members, gaining insight into innovative companies across a range of industries. As an Associate you will develop the technical, professional, leadership and interpersonal skills that will help you establish a successful career.
The start date for this position is early September 2026. This position will be based out of our San Francisco office. In-office expectations are three days per week on average.

The salary range for this role is $83,000 - $88,000. The pay range reflects the San Francisco Bay Area and compensation will be adjusted for each candidate based on their individual geographic location of work.
