Primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges. The role will also design, implement, and optimize AI systems to solve existing problems and enhance our business operations. The ideal candidate is a skilled and innovative professional passionate about artificial intelligence and machine learning.

 

This role is located in our San Diego office, with 3 days per week expected in-person, on site.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI strategies that support business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Monitor and analyze AI trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.
  • Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment.
  • Train and validate AI models using diverse datasets to ensure robustness and generalizability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for AI models.
  • Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows.
  • Integrating domainspecific data / knowledge sources so that Copilot can use enterprise internal data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of related work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
  • Proven experience in implementing AI projects and technical initiatives.
  • Solid grounding in core enterprise applications, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience with building or integrating agents, automations, plugins, or extensions for Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.  Must have the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly manner.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and tends, standards and products as required.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. The highest in this range will be considered for the most closely experienced candidates.
