We’re looking for our next team member to join our University Recruiting function, supporting our largest hiring practice with coordination for entry-level hiring and programming.
As a University Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the engine that makes the candidate experience run smoothly. By facilitating an array of complex administrative recruiting and HR-related processes, your role will play a large part in ensuring a rich candidate experience as well as representing the Firm’s professional brand. These processes shape the way candidates view our Firm and can greatly influence hiring outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with the Recruiting Department and employees at all levels of the Firm to support candidates throughout the Frank, Rimerman recruiting and onboarding process. Focus areas for this role include interview scheduling for entry-level talent, program support, process improvement, branding and additional administrative functions.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year. The pay range reflects the San Francisco Bay Area and compensation will be adjusted for each candidate based on their individual geographic location of work. Please note this position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime, which will be paid in addition to the published base salary range.
