At Frank, Rimerman, our Recruiting Team is a spirited group of eleven professionals who are passionate about positively impacting our Firm. Our team is very communicative and proud to produce high quality work. We have developed people within the recruiting, training, onboarding, and program management spaces and look forward to supporting and mentoring our next team member.
We are excited to bring on a University Recruiter to champion our recruiting efforts in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. As a University Recruiter, you will drive campus engagement with both students and faculty, expanding our brand’s reach and impact over time. You will serve as the point of contact for a set of universities, managing the Firm’s participation at career fairs, club presentations, faculty meetings, and other campus events. You will manage all levels of interaction with our Firm, leading candidates from initial interest through offer acceptance and start date preparation.
Within your geographic territory, you can expect to visit each campus multiple times per year to help maintain and further build our Firm brand. Both virtual participation and regular on-campus travel will be required in order to be present at your universities. As our Firm and hiring plans grow, we will be looking to expand our recruiting reach to new campuses. Our University Recruiters are key in identifying and developing the best opportunities to grow our presence.
Our University Recruiters are also essential to maintaining knowledge of college recruiting trends in accounting and occasionally other business subjects. Your knowledge and first-hand experiences will help guide the Firm’s university recruiting strategy at various levels. You will have guidance from our University Recruiting Manager and Director, and the support of coordinators who ensure we provide quality candidate experiences.
