We have developed people within the recruiting, training, onboarding, and program management spaces and look forward to supporting and mentoring our next team member.

 

We are excited to bring on a University Recruiter to champion our recruiting efforts in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. As a University Recruiter, you will drive campus engagement with both students and faculty, expanding our brand’s reach and impact over time. You will serve as the point of contact for a set of universities, managing the Firm’s participation at career fairs, club presentations, faculty meetings, and other campus events. You will manage all levels of interaction with our Firm, leading candidates from initial interest through offer acceptance and start date preparation.

 

Within your geographic territory, you can expect to visit each campus multiple times per year to help maintain and further build our Firm brand. Both virtual participation and regular on-campus travel will be required in order to be present at your universities. As our Firm and hiring plans grow, we will be looking to expand our recruiting reach to new campuses. Our University Recruiters are key in identifying and developing the best opportunities to grow our presence.

 

Our University Recruiters are also essential to maintaining knowledge of college recruiting trends in accounting and occasionally other business subjects. Your knowledge and first-hand experiences will help guide the Firm’s university recruiting strategy at various levels. You will have guidance from our University Recruiting Manager and Director, and the support of coordinators who ensure we provide quality candidate experiences.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Organize and lead various on-campus events in collaboration with our professionals to expand recruiting presence and reach
  • Foster relationships with faculty and student organizations to increase Frank, Rimerman brand recognition
  • Thoughtfully position the Firm and plan for successful, well-timed recruiting seasons
  • Positively engage candidates as an early point of contact, quickly drawing interest to our Firm and opportunities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and transcripts to determine candidate eligibility
  • Conduct first round interviews and Firm introduction calls
  • Prepare and extend university recruiting offer letters; manage candidate offer statuses and rosters
  • Serve as a resource and build professional relationships with incoming hires to maintain engagement leading up to start dates
  • Develop strong internal connections to stay updated on Firm happenings and opportunities  
  • Assist with planning and execution of our leadership and internship programs
  • Provide support and mentorship to our rising coordinators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred majors include: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications
  • 1-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in business/accounting and/or at the university level
  • Resides in the Pacific or Mountain time zones 
  • Ability to regularly travel domestically

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Please note this position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime, which will be paid in addition to the published base salary range.
